Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they are dispatched or shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted.

  • Portus Packaging reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or operational reasons. 

 Limitation of Liability 

Portus Packaging shall not be liable for: 

  • Delay caused by courier or transport providers  

  • Indirect or consequential losses  

  • Customer misuse or improper storage of products  

  • Minor variation in product appearance or packaging  

  • Delivery delays due to force majeure events  

The company’s maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the purchased product only.
