Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: 100% refund (less any applicable payment refund charges, if any).
  • Post Dispatch: No refund will be processed once the order has been dispatched.

We strive to deliver products that meet your expectations. In the rare event of any issue, please note the following:

Quality Concerns

  • If the product quality is found to differ from the description, we will arrange a replacement.
  • Return freight for such cases will be borne by us, and the replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Damaged in Transit

  • Kindly do not accept goods that appear damaged during delivery.
  • If urgent acceptance is unavoidable, please mention the damages clearly on the courier slip/transporter LR before signing.
  • Share proof by email with clear pictures of the damaged pieces. We will either refund your money, credit your account, or replace the defective goods.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • If the customer cancels an order before dispatch, a full refund (less payment refund charges, if any) will be issued.
  • If the shipment has already been dispatched, the refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.

Manufacturing Defects

  • In case of manufacturing defects, the goods will be replaced or refunded as per requirement.
