Refund policy
3 Days Return / Refund / Exchange Policy
requests will be accepted only under the following conditions:

The product was damaged during transit.

An incorrect product or quantity was delivered.

The product has a manufacturing or packaging defect.
Customers can raise a return request within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong size/specification

Minor colour or design variation
-
Product not matching personal preference
Easy Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving the order.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, labels, invoice, and accessories (if applicable).

Pickup will be arranged through our logistics partner wherever service is available.

Depending on the location, the return process may take approximately 10–15 days for the product to reach our warehouse.

In locations where pickup service is unavailable, customers must self-ship the product to our warehouse.

Refunds or replacements will be processed only after successful inspection and approval by the QC team.

An unboxing video is mandatory for any Return / Refund / Exchange claim.
Products purchased during promotional offers, clearance sales, or special discount campaigns may not be eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing
Return Request Process

Customers must record a short video while packing the product before handing it over to the courier partner.

The video should be shared with the Portus Packaging support team for verification.

After receiving the returned item, our Quality Check (QC) team will inspect the product.

Once approved, the refund or replacement process will be initiated.
The company reserves the right to inspect and verify the claim before approval.
Refund Policy
If an order is returned due to non-delivery, return request, or replacement request, the product will be inspected after it reaches our warehouse. Customers will be informed regarding approval or rejection of the refund request.
Prepaid Orders
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for COD orders may be processed through bank transfer or store credit, subject to company policy.

Please note that the shipping charges were not included in the Cash on Delivery (COD) amount. Therefore, the shipping charges will need to be paid prior to delivery.

The material cost can be paid through Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of delivery. However, the shipping charges are required to be paid in advance, as they are not included in the COD amount.
- Refunds shall be processed only after approval and verification of the return request.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be made through the original payment method, bank transfer, or store credit, as decided by the company.

Banking or payment gateway delays are beyond the control of Portus Packaging.
