At Portus Packaging, we aim to providing reliable delivery services and quality products to our customers. This Shipping & Return Policy outlines the terms related to order processing, shipping, returns, replacements, and refunds for all purchases made through our website.
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Bulk orders or customized orders may require additional processing time.

Portus Packaging reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
Shipping & Delivery

We deliver products across India through trusted courier and transport partners.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Air Shipment: 2–4 business days

Surface Shipment: 3–5 business days

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to operational, logistical, weather, or regional factors.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Once the order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared with the customer through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Note: Currently, orders can only be placed with one address (delivery address).
If you require the bill in a different name, please email us—we can issue a soft copy invoice separately.
Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Portus Packaging shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries caused due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond company control.

Once the order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier partner, the delivery shall be considered completed.
Note: If your package hasn’t arrived by estimated date and time, please contact us with your Order ID. We will coordinate with our courier partner and update you promptly.
Inspection at Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the package immediately at the time of delivery.

Any issue related to damaged packaging, missing quantity, wrong product, or transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims raised without proper photo/video proof or after the specified timeline may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
- Quality Issues / Wrong Product: If the product received is different from what was described, it will be replaced. Return freight will be borne by us, and replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.

Damaged in Transit: Do not accept the package if visibly damaged. If urgent, mention “Received Damaged” on the courier slip before signing. Share photos of damaged items with us via email—we will issue a refund, credit, or replacement.

Manufacturing Defects: Products with verified defects will be replaced or refunded based on your preference.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products shall not be eligible for return or refund:
